Last Updated: June 30, 2026
Welcome to Nanded Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your commercial relationship, procurement agreements, logistical interactions, and use of the digital assets or distribution channels operated by Nanded Pty Ltd across our Adelaide-to-Melbourne supply network.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an inventory order, accessing our procurement portals, or entering into a wholesale supply agreement with Nanded Pty Ltd, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these provisions.
02. Accounts, Inventory & Ordering
We facilitate commercial B2B supply chains across specific product classifications. When managing a commercial buyer profile or placing orders, the following conditions apply:
- Supply Verticals: Orders are subject to stock availability within our core wholesale divisions, namely: Food, Beverages, Electrical items, Small goods, and Household items.
- Order Verification: All submitted purchase orders constitute an offer to buy. Nanded Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline orders based on inventory thresholds, transit capacity, or credit assessments.
- Account Integrity: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your procurement portal login details and for all transactions processed under your commercial profile.
03. Shipping, Logistics & Freight
Our freight distribution network operates primarily along transport corridors extending from South Australia into Victoria.
- Delivery timelines and scheduled arrivals are estimates managed via our freight manifesting systems. Nanded Pty Ltd is not liable for transport delays stemming from environmental disruptions, road infrastructure issues, or external supply chain constraints.
- Risk of loss and title for all physical wholesale stock transfers to the buyer upon validated delivery to the designated regional warehouse or endpoints.
- Any discrepancies, short-shipments, or physical product damage must be reported within our mandated compliance window following delivery inspection.
04. Payment Terms & Limitations
Invoicing & Credit
All transactions are subject to agreed invoicing cycles, commercial trading terms, and strict credit reviews. Overdue balances may result in the immediate suspension of pending freight manifests and logistics routing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Nanded Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial losses, lost profits, or supply chain interruptions.
05. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes arising from wholesale transactions, distribution logistics, or digital portal usage fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and Victoria.
